2008 Visitors Survey - The verdict!

Thank you very much to everyone that took the time to respond to our visitor's survey. We have read every single completed survey and wanted to let you know the overall results and what actions we have taken following your feedback.

We ran a survey open to all our visitors from August to end of November 2008. We had 159 responces during this time and the following is our interpretation of the survey responses.

93% of you are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with WO4LO

96% of you would recommend us to a friend and 98% would visit again in the next 6 months

51% of you have contacted an activity with most people doing this by email but 12% of you just turned up.

How does this compare to last year?

We're delighted with these results and they are virtually identical to the result from our 2007 survey.  Hopefully this means we are keeping up the high standards.

We are a little dissappointed that we had less responses but do appreciate how busy everyone is - if you would still like to complete the 2008 survey it is still open and we really value your feedback and take action whenever we can.

There are so many activities listed that there is just no reason to feel stuck at home alone struggling to entertain your little ones.  There are cheap and even free activities to help mums ( and Dads ) get up and get out.  We can't thank you enough."

So what have we done to improve WO4LO following your feedback?

1. Add a button so you can report an activity listing to us quickly if it is no longer running
2. Increased our sales team so we can find new activities and any that we're missing. 
3. Plan to expand the listings to include events - watch this space!
